Christmas actually falls on Carnival for us this year! On 11.11.2024, Sachsenlotto supported us with a donation of €5,000 through the “Möglichmacher” campaign. We would like to thank Sachsenlotto from the bottom of our hearts, and especially Katrin Hoffmann from Industrieverein Sachsen 1828 e.V., who acted as our ambassador.

Next week 16.+17.11. we will be exhibiting at the 17th model building exhibition at the Kraftwerk. You can look forward to various projects from our members and enjoy talking about the HowTo. You will find various topics to tie in with, e.g. 3D printing with DLP or FDM, 3D modeling, 3D scanning and various strategies for pre- and post-processing.

The exhibition will feature all kinds of vehicles, airplanes, ships, plastic and radio-controlled models, among others:

As part of the Flagship Program - “Maker, Business and Arts”, the Stadtfabrikanten have launched the “Nature meets Technology” project together with the Natural History Museum and other actors from the district. The @fablab will be transformed into an autumn workshop on November 2, 2024 from 2 to 6 p.m., where you can immerse yourself in a unique combination of creative craftsmanship and technology. From working with natural materials to 3D printing pens and home-made candles, everything is included.
