We arrived at the Stadtwirtschaft in September 2024, 9 months after our move. We are currently still building our premises and basic infrastructure and are therefore unable to offer an open workshop. Visit our homepage regularly to find out the latest news from us. You still want to visit us? You're welcome! There is a public tour on the first Wednesday of every month. A chance to get in contact

Today we had the chance for a short gathering around Trikarus and at our FabLab in Chemnitz with Martin Dulig (economy minister), Sven Schulze (treasurer), Jens Kieselstein (CEO), Peter Patt (CDU) and Dr. Oliver Brehm (director) and Jürgen Kabus (curator) from Industriemuseum Chemnitz. We talked about the exhibition, the role of makers in saxony and about DIY/DIT projects like our's. I think we left some positive impressions about the maker movement and the power of open minds. We appreciate your interest and the invest of time reaching out Chemnitz and MaschinenBoom.
